草戊尚土 牧師，平安：
這裡的約拿單應該是指米迦在伯利恆找到的末利男孩，因為血統的關係被米迦聘請作為祭司，為了得到耶和華 神的祝福，米迦供他吃住並視他如自己的兒子一樣。後來但族人攻打拉億城後又來到米迦的家中，將米迦所祭拜的神像和祭司約拿單一併帶走，約拿單還心中喜悅，因為他們捧他，說他將是以色列人的祭司，但是他對於但族人燒殺擄掠的行為並無制止，也不搭救受難的拉億城民。
我想今天的主題還是在17:6所說的︰那時以色列中沒有王，各人任意而行。
當我無法尊主為我生命中的王，我可能會像米迦一樣，找個有名的牧師，附上奉獻，期望從他身上得到 神的祝福。當這個牧師也無法尊主為王時，他可能也會像約拿單一樣，哪裡牧會的條件好就往哪裡去。
記得以前牧師也曾提到，如果我們的行為完全『任意』而行，主可能也不做干涉而『任憑』你去。
但願主 憐憫我，在我有任何意念想任意而行時，給我同在的智慧，打消這樣的意念，讓我心尊主為大，我靈以 神我的救主為樂。緊緊地追隨您。

Samson was a tragic hero in Israelite history. He had very pious parents and special gifts from God. Yet he seemed to lack self discipline and piety.
Yet, God still had mercy on him, even after his total failure, to recover his strength in response to his repentant prayer. We could learn lots of spiritual lessons from his life

Concerning the phenomena of ghost, there were various reports of such incidences in all cultures of the world. So phenomenologically or anthropologically, I would rather believe that ghost was a common phenomena in human cultures.
As for the possible reason or cause of Jesus being expelled from the village where such exorcism incidence happened, one probable speculation was related to the high cost of one such exorcism incidence, the loss of two thousand pigs, which would add up to quite a huge amount of financial loss for the pig herd tender.

I was not sure when Jacob cheated from His father Isaac the blessing what was exactly in his mind. But from reading the scripture, Gen 27:28-29, what he got from his father Isaac seemed to be only the earthly blessing of agricultural abundancy, hierarchical supremecy in family relationship, as well as protection from Yahweh. The most important blessing of Abraham, i.e. to be blessed to be a blessing to all the people was not mentioned in Isaac blessing to Jacob. This most important blessing was reconfirmed by God in Jacob's dream at Bethel (Gen 28:14).

I was not sure when Jacob cheated from His father Isaac the blessing what was exactly in his mind. 今天經文裡敘述施洗約翰的死亡，感覺像是上帝跟他開了個玩笑，施洗約翰的出生和成長都賦予了見證 神的使命，『有一個人，是從上帝那裏差來的，名叫約翰。這人來，為要作見證，就是為光作見證，叫眾人因他可以信。』（約1:6-7）
但是，今天我們看到他的首級卻成為希律王女兒的生日禮物，這裡感受不到見證 神的榮耀，但是卻再次感受 神的奧祕，如同主耶穌在十字架上的最後的呼喊︰『以利！以利！拉馬撒巴各大尼？』質疑 神遺棄的同時卻又是要深刻的見證 神，而且是在最卑微的苦難之中。
但願主給我智慧，在我不明白的事情上學會謙卑，在不合理的結果上見證您的同在。

這樣的希律王還是殺了約翰..,希律王的心應該可說是淺土吧,喜歡聽神的道,但真要"行"的話,"王就甚憂愁；但因他所起的誓，又因同席的人，就不肯推辭"6:26,希律終究還是選擇了背離.

由"..又用刀殺了哈抹和他兒子示劍，把底拿從示劍家裡帶出來就走了.."34:26 看來,底拿是被夾持成為禁臠了,好可憐!
在當時沒有所謂法律途徑的情況下,似乎也只能這樣了;雅各或許做了一些表面功夫,他的兒子們應該是在父親的默許下才敢做那些事吧?!只是把非相關的人也殺了,好像有點兒超過.

牧師提到的阿明應該是〈里長〉王東伯的大兒子，他現在還住在現在的彰基附近，我以前也時常從他家旁邊圍牆爬進去偷摘芒果、栛支、龍眼。還有到游泳池看人游泳，我自己不敢下水因為怕回家被父母打。還有那時姑娘樓住了一位很胖的姑娘，小時候只是跑到姑娘樓玩吵到她一定被她痛罵，她罵甚麼已經記不清楚了，現在回想起來真的很好笑。
