Even though the poet felt downcast, he still put his hope in God and praised Him. This reminded me of the moments when I cried out for mercy from God. The groans of dismay remain so vivid. I thought He must have forgotten and rejected me; otherwise, why did agony stay with me all the time? What I should learn from the poet is his never-ending seek for God. Praise and pray. God will smile when I do.
