What striking words!
I can feel God's discipline in my daily life. No discipline seems pleasant, and He does this for my own good. Whenever I encounter unfair or unjust deeds, I think of Him so that I can learn how to get rid of negative emotions such as hatred or complaints.
God makes me small and brings me down from the nest I build as high as the eagle's (Jer 15-16). I really appreciate His correction.
