"He who gathered much had nothing over, and he who gathered little had no lack" (2Co 8:15). I think this is the spirit of egalitarianism. Indeed, how much one owns does not lie in the quantity but in the quality. Those who give themselves to the Lord must be the happiest and the most satisfied. The life they lead is definitely of highest quality.

"For see what earnestness this godly grief has produced in you, what eagerness to clear yourselves, what indignation, what alarm, what longing, what zeal, what punishment! At every point you have proved yourselves guiltless in the matter" (2 Co 7:11).
The verse gives comfort to the heart-broken who think themselves not worthy of being loved by the Lord. I'm one of them. With the grace, I am even more awed for the Lord's greatness, learning under the guidance of the Bible.

Though we live in the world, we are not carrying on a worldly war" (2Co 10:3). This verse reminds us not to act with rudeness but with sensibility. The weapons of our warfare are not worldly, but they have divine power to destroy strongholds. A stone sinks, but a cork floats. Thus, tenderness is probably more powerful than fists.

If I come across false apostles or deceitful workers, I believe I can tell that they are not the Lord's people. This is because "there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed; neither hid, that shall not be known" (Luk 12:2). The Holy Spirit will definitely help me recognize those who transform themselves into the apostles of Christ.

申命記 13:1-5、18:14-22， 兩處經文告訴我們，如何分辨先知的信息是否出於上帝：這裡讓我們看到分辨真假先知的三個原則。規納起來，作真先知的要件有三：
1. 唯獨敬拜耶和華：申命記 13:1-3 說，如果有先知要叫你們去拜別神，即使這先知能行神蹟奇事，也不要聽他。這是最清楚、最沒有爭論的一個分辨原則，是作真先知的第一要件。北國亞哈王時，有事奉巴力的先知四百五十個，又有事奉亞舍拉的先知四百個(王上 18:19)。這些先知叫百姓事奉偶像，可以說是假先知。
2. 只傳講神的話：申命記 18:14-19: 「我必在他們弟兄中間給他們興起一位先知，像你。我要將當說的話傳給他；他要將我一切所吩咐的都傳給他們」。
3. 所講的話或預言必要百分百成就：「若有先知擅敢託我的名說我所未曾吩咐他說的話，或是奉別神的名說話，那先知就必治死。你心裡若說：『耶和華所未曾吩咐的話，我們怎能知道呢？先知託耶和華的名說話，所說的若不成就，也無效驗，這就是耶和華所未曾吩咐的，是那先知擅自說的，你不要怕他。」(申命記 18:20-22)
真先知工作的重點是教人聽從神的話，順服神，去作神所喜悅的事；假先知卻是教人離開神、違背神，作神厭惡的事。
黃聿源牧師在他的「分辨真假先知」一文的結論中指出：『今天我們看見有太多人跑上異端的道路，但不是因不知道而跑上的。我就曾與一位相識超過半世紀的神學院院長談過一席話。我問他對靈恩派有什麼看法。「靈恩派嘛！講道不行，作法不行，……總之就是不行！」我又問：「你當院長時何以還接收靈恩派學生，接受靈恩派的人任董事，又接受靈恩派教會的奉獻？」他的回答是：「沒法子！我需要他們的支援，需要學生，需要錢。」明知這是錯誤的，卻在某種情況下妥協了，作良心�知道是不對的事，而沒有勇氣去作良心曉得是對的事。
這就是今天許多人跟從異端的最主要原因：不是缺少知識，乃是缺少勇氣，缺少對神的忠心』。
在我的生活中，曾經看到某某牧師的預言，但所預言的事後沒有成就。我們要分小心，慎思明辨。
求主幫助我們，叫我們不要效法約沙法跑上這條敗壞的道路』。我們對分辨真假先知的原則，要認識清楚。要認識神，聖經上記載祂的話。要分辨這位先知的生活有好見證與否？還有更重要的是不要怕得罪人，而不怕得罪神。
