性是上帝所創造的恩典，在正確的關係中能經歷到愛與尊重，相反的在自私的滿足中得到卻是罪與污穢；謙卑的承認自己的軟弱，捨棄不潔的事物並離開骯髒的環境，不因著任憑己意而傷害到別人，並在生活中潔淨自己的思想言行以保守聖靈的同在。

The one goat which was "for Yehowah" was offered as a sin-offering, by which atonement was made. But the sins must also be visibly banished, and therefore they were symbolically laid by confession on the other goat, which was then "sent away for Azazel" into the wilderness.

So the goat is a scapegoat, a type or figure of Christ's atonement to save mankind in the Old Testament Sanctuary service. Therefore, "Azazel" may signify the separation of sin, which was wholly carried away.

在利未記15：16節告訴我們：「人若夢遺，他必不潔淨到晚上，並要用水洗全身」。丈夫有時應當對性交有所節制（和合本譯成夢遺，原文是指男人射精。這可能指性交後直到晚上是不潔淨的）。第19節也含有男人要尊重婦女經期之意，而第25節如果女人血漏或經期過長，身體不適便是不潔淨，喻指不可性交。可見這章的「潔淨條例」對夫妻婚姻生活的指導：要雙方學習溫柔、慈愛和自制，同時丈夫應當尊重妻子生理週期的健康；絕對不可因單獨的需求而勉強對方。

從利未記15：31節看來，這些設立夫妻婚姻生活相關的「潔淨條例」的主要原因是，上帝是聖潔的，祂要上帝的子民也要聖潔的。凡在會幕裡外事奉上帝的祭司和百姓，在生活上所接觸的聖物或者個人身體上的，生活上的潔淨，都要完全做到「潔淨條例」所規定的標準。若有「不潔淨」的地方，就是冒犯了上帝。正如保羅在羅馬書十二章一節對那些向基督的獻身而了解利未記獻祭的命令的人所說的：『所以弟兄們，我以上帝的慈悲勸你們，將身體獻上，當作活祭，是聖潔的，是上帝所喜悅的，你們如此事奉，乃是理所當然的。』

"You clean the outside of your cup and plate, while the inside is full of what you have gotten by violence and selfishness. Clean what is inside the cup first, and then the outside will be clean too!"

I thought God emphasize that clean inside of our minds is more important than outside of our bodies.

Sex is an integral part of God's good creation. Sex is not inherently sinful since it is the means by which we carry out the commandment to "be fruitful and multiply" (Gen. 1:28).

Lev. 15:18 may have been intended as a reminder that sexual activity, like all other human activities, occurs under God's watchful eye. Thus, we should strive for holiness in every aspect of life.

潔淨後重生的人，須在罪的世界中死去而在神的國度裡復活，然而這生命轉化的過程卻是十分艱苦，如同經歷主耶穌所走過的十架苦路，藉著對神的信心來面對世界的羞辱而活出不一樣的生命。
