上帝在基督耶穌裡，賜給我們：「在他面前成為聖潔，無有瑕疵」、「兒子的名分」、「領受聖靈為印記」。
關於「聖潔」，我深受一位前輩的影響，他認為（相信）聖潔是可能的，因為主既這樣吩咐，他必會幫助我們。
如果我們不相信"有機會"聖潔，有可能我們更有藉口犯罪，然後推給「不可能勝過的罪性」。
這是一生的功課，求主幫助我，讓所言所行配的上所蒙的恩。

The Lord gives us grace and peace. "He has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ. For he chose us in Him before the creation of the world ... In love He predestined us to be adopted as His sons through Jesus Christ, in accordance with His pleasure and will" (Eph 1: 3-5).
Because of His great love for us, God, rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved" (2: 4-5).
Then there is nothing that we can boast for we are God's workmanship. We are no longer foreigners and aliens, but fellow citizens with God's people and members of God's household.
We cannot earn grace, either. The only access to it is from the Lord's compassion and love. Only by believing in Christ can we receive the spiritual blessings.
