大家平安

教會開拓者或宣教士，多半需要「祈禱傳道」兼「管理飯食」，當「門徒增多」（教會增長），就會需要更多的工人一起照顧主的莊稼。

在教會中，雖有教牧長執之分，但長執不能把自己定位在只是「管理飯食」，而不自我要求在屬靈上的成長，要像司提反一樣--「以智慧和聖靈說話」同時在神所指派的位份上忠心。

求主施恩賜福保守，讓所有在服侍崗位上的弟兄姐妹（包括我自己）都能與所服侍的主有親密的關係，這樣才不致徒然勞力。

Since the apostles had to focus themselves on preaching, they needed others to take charge of the daily distribution of food. Regarding the choice of proper assignees, they took it seriously. Those whom they chose like Stephen and Philip were all men full of faith and of the Holy Spirit. Therefore, it takes cooperation and each duty properly fulfilled to make a church healthy and sound.
