阿摩司對所處以色列王國,社會上許多不公,不義,背逆神的現象,發出聲音.我們所處社會,同樣也有許多奢華,宴樂,崇尚居住豪宅,穿戴精品,財團,建設公司炒高房價,讓許多人一輩子辛苦努力支付所買房屋之房貸.我們不須像Amos那麼大聲,但至少要有聲音,我們的社會,國家,世界需要有聲音,面對不公不義,不能最高品質-靜悄悄.

If we cannot cherish what the Lord gives us, He will take away what we don't deserve. Locusts can destroy our crop; fire can devour the land. They are the symbols to remind us that we need to treat what we have in a pious manner. Don't take everything for granted.
The Lord will not spare the plumb line, which means He will watch how we behave and how we make use of what He offers us. God is not only merciful but also strict. As His child, constant reflection on our acts is indeed necessary.
