In the eyes of the Gentiles, we should be regarded as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. Nor should we be arrogant or pronounce judgment. Especially in a time when reviled, or persecuted, we need to bless and endure. If we can cherish our identity as a Christian, the Lord will come to with love in a spirit of gentleness instead of with a rod.
