God allows people to decide whether to follow Him at their free will. Jotham and Hezekiah did what the right in the eyes of the Lord, so they were blessed. Yet, Ahaz was deserted and denied by the Lord. Therefore, God is good to those whose hope is in Him. How one's ancestors do to the Lord may make no difference in His grace and salvation.

"All scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correction and training in righteousness, so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work"(2Ti 3:16-17).

From the Scripture, we can know the way in which God want us to live. Whenever we're making a decision, His teachings can be guidance, which reminds us of do's and don'ts. The Scripture is also like our everyday food, giving us strength physically and spiritually.

「聖經都是神所默示的，於教訓、督責、使人歸正、教導人學義都是有益的，叫屬神的人得以完全，預備行各樣的善事。」3:16-17聖經讓我們每天都能"直接"地認識神，生活有準則可以依循。

以下是我的喃喃自語：

「為什麼要每天讀聖經？」=「為什麼要每天吃飯？」我喜歡讀聖經，因為我喜歡聽神說話；我需要讀聖經，因為我希望能更認識祂。聖經讓我知道神的美好、公義與全能，聖經讓我相信「神與人同行」是可能的，好多人都經歷過；我好愛讀聖經，因為創造的主竟然向人啟示祂自己，不禁俯伏在祂寶座前……感謝祂無盡的恩典。

上帝的預知與預定，是難以將之切割的，祂對祂所造的萬物，非常認識與瞭解；人的心與神的旨意之間的互動，也是一個不容易瞭解的奧秘。但知道，上帝是愛，並且在祂毫無不義！

我們經常使用從上帝的公義而來的公義，質疑上帝不義！但上帝憐憫我們感受及理性各方面的有限，祂對我們的反應不輕易發怒，樂意將諸般聰明賜給我們！

If the divine influence of God has exerted on Moabites and Ammonites, much more would His providence wield on Israelites. Cautions are given to them not to meddle with Moabites and Ammonites since wicked men must not be wronged. God gives and preserves blessings to wicked men, but He has better for his own children.

何4:17 以法蓮親近偶像，任憑他吧！
