Jeremiah prophesied that God would bring punishment on Amon god of Thebes, on Pharaoh, on Egypt and her gods and her kings, and on those who rely on Pharaoh. He would hand them over to Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon and his officers (Jer 46: 25-26).
There is no sin that cannot be redeemed from God, nor is there a sin that can be tolerated by Him. Egyptians had to face judgment God delivered God in a fair way; so is everyone in the afterlife.

草戊尚土 牧師和各位俱樂部的兄姐，平安：
之前我岳母曾經問我：『為什麼你要每個禮拜天都要去教會做禮拜？隔壁的劉媽媽也是基督徒，她也沒有每個禮拜都去教會啊？』我想了想，告訴她：『有人搬出家後，還是會每天回家向他父親問安，但是也有人是一個月才回家一趟，不過父親還是父親，只是和小孩的關係可能有人比較親也有人比較淡吧。』
我想能和耶和華親密對話的人，應該和神的關係也很親密吧。
親愛的主，請您憐憫我，知道這世界要讓我與您疏遠，知道我常受這世界的試探，也知道我是多麼軟弱。但是主啊，我渴望能更認識您，請讓我能更親近您，讓我能常常經歷您的同在。

While waiting for God's intervention, we tend to be impatient (Ps 74: 10-18). But chapter 75 tells us that God would choose the appointed time and judge uprightly. The arrogant and the wicked all have to drink the foaming wine mixed with spices to its very dregs (Ps 75: 8).
Now that it is God who determines whom to exalt, we should pray to God to make us the righteous. It's because in the end the horns of all the wicked will be cut off while those of the righteous will be lifted up (Ps 75: 10).
We need to persevere so that when we have done the will of God, we will receive what He has promised (Heb 10:36).

Now that it is God who determines whom to exalt, we should pray to God to make us the righteous. It's because in the end the horns of all the wicked will be cut off while those of the righteous will be lifted up (Ps 75: 10).
We need to persevere so that when we have done the will of God, we will receive what He has promised (Heb 10:36).

聖殿完工了，所羅門王的禱告中說道：「神果真住在地上嗎？看哪，天和天上的天尚且不足你居住的，何況我所建的這殿呢？」引導百姓認知--神是大過殿的！王所祈求神垂聽的禱告裡，還包括外邦人耶。又教導百姓「當向耶和華─我們的神存誠實的心，遵行他的律例，謹守他的誡命，至終如今日一樣。」
獻殿是個開始，建築的過程讓人經歷神做為的奇妙，完工之後人的行為才是真正「屬神之人」的見證。

草戊尚土 牧師和各位俱樂部的兄姐，平安：
我想所羅門王不愧是一個有智慧的王，當上帝要賜福給他時，他不求富貴，不求復仇，只求有智慧來做出正確的決定。當聖殿建好之後，他的禱告也不是求風調雨順，國泰民安或是政躬康泰，國運昌隆，而是祈求耶和華赦免他們的罪並垂聽他們的禱告。
我想要讓聖殿要成為一個禱告的殿實在是一件不容易的事，同樣的要讓自己也能成為一座禱告的殿可能更加困難。
親愛的主，請您憐憫我，請您讓聖靈在我身上做工，潔淨我不好的心思意念，讓我能成為您喜悅居住的聖殿，教導我如何禱告，也請您能垂聽我的禱告，讓我學會順服，也懂得謙卑，給我信心來成就您的應許，也讓我能看見生命的美好。

Solomon seemed to have the vision of a prophet, prophesying the Israelites would be captured (2King 17: 25) so he pleaded for God's forgiving their offenses (1King 8:50). Yet the premise is that they had to repent, turning back to God with all their heart and soul.
Solomon is a lord of mercy. He thought about his people all the time, which can be seen from the prayer, "May your eyes be open to your servant's plea and to the plea of your people Israel, and may you listen to them whenever they cry out to you" (1King 8:52). A leader who prioritizes his people is indeed worth respecting.

我的感覺是像一台汽車導航，相信他可以導引你到目地的的人，便不會中途不聽指示而任憑自己的意思走，但是你可能看不到天上的衛星，也不知道還要走多遠，不過當你走偏了路，他會告訴你正途。
我想，或許在我們受洗那天開始，就像是上帝在我們身上裝了一台衛星導航，他會在我們需要祂的時候告訴我們下一步要怎麼走，我們所需要做的只是聽祂的吩咐，『怎樣吩咐我，我就怎樣行。』
然後最重要的便是最後一句話：『起來，我們走吧。』

Joh (14:15-17) If you love me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counselor to be with you forever—the Spirit of Truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.
(14:26) But the counselor, the Holy Spirit, whom he Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said you.
(16:7-8) But I tell you the truth: It is for your good that I am going away. Unless I go away, the Counselor will not come to you; but if I go, I will send him to you.
God is reminding His children tenderly and assuring them of a Counselor, or the Holy Spirit. The Counselor will only be recognized by whoever loves God and the Holy Spirit will be the guide of one's life. Without the absence of God, we cannot have the company of the Counselor.
God seems to give comfort and confidence by telling His children, "Don't worry. Though I'm not in the world anymore, you will still be good since the Holy Spirit will accompany you forever."
