Dear all, Peng An,
God's sovereignty was a mysterious topic. According to Paul's theology, recorded in Rom.9:11, God's sovereignty was before human morality.
One possible theological explanation was God's omniscience. (全知) Another possible theological explanation was God's omnipotence.(全能)
According to my reading of Rom.9:11, Paul seemed to be more on the side of God's omnipotence
