"When a man has lost his hair and is bald, he is clean. If he has lost his hair from the front of his scalp and has a bald forehead, he is clean"(Le 13:40-41). That being bald is compared to being clean probably means that new hair is going to be reborn. All the filthy has been faded away with the lost hair.

In the modern world, if people with baldness problem know they might have been pronounced clean during 1400-1500 BC, perhaps they won't anxiously turn to the surgery or Regain to cure it.
