We have different gifts, according to the grace given us (Ro 12:6). That's why the men, young and old alike, under the supervision of their fathers for the music of the temple of the Lord cast lots for their duties (1Ch 25:6-8)

We are the body of Christ, and each of us is a part of it. Each part should have equal concern for each other. God has combined the members of the body to make the most of each unique gift.
