"Fathers, do not embitter your children, or they will become discouraged" (Col 3:21).

I believe that no parents will aggravate their children on purpose. Yet what children usually feel annoyed is that parents claim that they are doing their children good.

So probably parents should think about what their children really need instead of asking their children to realize a dream they themselves regret not fulfilling when they were young.
