its the greed that the man has been punished for. Sunday trading of non essentials only started in Brisbane back in 2002-2003 from what i remember. plus it was a occupational health and safety issue for the population at the time. eg, u cant do certain things if you are tired, it become unsafe to do. although the death penalty by today's standard is a bit harsh.
