Dear All, Peng An,

I think "a positive response" is helpful for communication with others. However, it is not easy to have "a positive response" especially when you are very angry. One problem is about personal pride. If we can understand there may have some lessons from God in the criticism, then we should learn how to listen carefully and have a positive response.
