Jesus Christ is our refuge. However, the purpose of this refuge is not helping you to escape or hide your problems. On the contrary, you have to face your problems with Jesus Christ in this refuge. This will wake up your mind and understand what your problem is. This also will heal over the relationship between you and God then recover the relationship between you and others. May Lord help me to face my problems with Your holy spirit in my mind to understand what I should to do in everything.
