"First of all you must understand this, that no prophecy of scripture is a matter of one's own interpretation, because no prophecy ever came by the impulse of man, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God."

To be a prophet, he needs to be very honest to God's words. If his words are not from God but from himself. I think this prophet should be one false prophet. However, the problem is how can we understand their words come from God or himself? I think this needs the power of Holy Spirit which can have the same understanding. May Lord give me the wisdom from Holy Spirit which can understand your truth.
