The Lord tells us to "rejoice in our sufferings, because suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope" (Ro 5:3-4). Without trials, our faith cannot be tested. To be mature and complete, we need to learn how to develop EQ so as not to fail because of impulsive acts or words.
