It was interesting that you would mention about the discord among the denominations...
Originally, I was also against denominations, I would like to have one Chrisianity in Unity....
Then slowly, I discovered that denomination phenomena might be one of God's mercy to humanity diversity.... Just a thought to share with you...

I admired your ability to learn much from google... I liked you to translate your bible reading into your personal prayer...
In your prayer, you asked God to help you put down your questions so that you could follow Him.... If it was me, my prayer would be to ask God to help me to continue following Him, even carrying my unanswered questions with me along the whole faith journey.....
