The love between Jonathan and David was so touching, that some scholars would speculate that whether their friendship had homosexual tendency....
Anyway, this kind of friendship was very inspiring to me. Jesus Christ told his disciples that he would treat them as friend, and a good friend would lay down his life for his friend...
The melody of that hymn, what a friend we have in Jesus seemed to ring in my ears.....
