Be suspicious of a man who always flatters you with a loud voice and goes out of the way to do so. It will turn out to be a curse instead of a blessing.

"rising early in the morning": an idiom meaning excessive flattery. Extravagant public praise to or concerning a friend should always be held in suspicion. It is not to be regarded as genuine or sincere.

Seldom does it fail that men who pretend to be great friends and boast of your friendship are sooner or later to be a curse and disappointment.
