Dear All, Peng An,
Since all of us were parents, thus I thought we could try to empathize the feeling of Mary when she heard such prophecies from the old pious Simeon.
All parents would pray that their child would enjoy a life that was full of God's blessing and protection. Yet the reality often didn't follow such wish. I thought it a blessing for every patent to be ignorant of what would happen to their beloved child when the child was very young. The parents could live with many rosy dreams for their child's future.
